Following singer Lee Hyo Ri, FT Island Lee Hongki also collapsed.

FT Island's vocalist Lee Hongki collapsed from taking in rigorous schedule and was hospitalized in the evening of 30th at hospital in Seoul.

The test result revealed exhaustion from too much stress. Hongki had been attending the end of year schedule in such condition and finally collapsed to visit the emergency room.

FT Island agency associate said "He was already exhausted from concerts and end of the year event preparations. When we visited the emergency room this evening, the hospital decided that he should be hospitalized." He revealed that Hongki will be recovering at the hospital until Jan 1st and leave to Japan.

FT Island had been holding concerts 'FT Island - 2nd Island' at 3 different cities. During the Daegoo Concert on the 15th, Hongki's strength had weakened and he also suffered from cold. He was in no condition to stand on stage but he still managed by taking in ringer solution injections.

Finally at the SBS 'Gayo Daejun' stage held on 29th, his health hit its limit when he even lost his voice.

FT Island has a concert scheduled in Tokyo on Jan 2nd. The agency associate said "We cannot cancel the concert so Hongki would remain hospitalized until he takes the stage on the 2nd."

Following the concert preparation and SBS Gayo Daejun, FT Island will not be attending any more of the end of the year events. There will be no changes to their future schedule.
